Payments
We accept cash, credit cards and checks (from established patients where the address matches the patient ID). We offer payment plans described below.
Insurance
We accept all PPO insurances who allow you to choose an out-of-network provider. We will submit insurance and you will receive payment in a timely fashion.
Payment Plans
We offer financing through Care Credit and Lending Club. They can help you finance any unaffordable out of pocket expenses. They have payments plans ranging between 6 and 60 months. Click here to apply or we can help you with the application during your initial consultation.
